A year later, on August 16, 2013 at the University of Ngaoundéré, another meeting was held to establish the by LAW of the association. The organization was named “Cameroon Society for Neuroscience (CAMSONE)”. After many attempts, the organization was finally legalized under an association name “Cameroon Association for Neuroscience (CAMANE)” on December 16, 2015 in Ngaoundéré, Cameroon.
